The Epson SureColor G6070 is a 35-inch production Direct-to-Film printer paired with a Miro 36 automated powder shaker, a six-color UltraLink DG ink bundle, DTF transfer film, and Color Prime hot-melt powder. Together this system lets us produce vibrant, full-color, ready-to-press DTF transfers for custom T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and gang sheet orders — built for consistent quality and dependable turnaround.

About This Machine

Print Engine

The Epson SureColor G6070 is a production-grade Direct-to-Film printer built around Epson's PrecisionCore micro-piezo print head and UltraLink DG ink chemistry. It lays down full-color artwork plus a white underbase in a single pass, producing sharp gradients, fine text, and photographic detail onto roll-fed DTF transfer film up to 35 inches wide.

Miro 36 Shaker / Curing Unit

Paired with the Miro 36 automated powder shaker, the system applies hot-melt adhesive powder evenly across the printed film, then cures and dries it in a single in-line pass. Automated shaking and curing removes the most labor-intensive step of DTF production and delivers a consistent, ready-to-press transfer.

Ink & Consumables

The bundled Color Prime ink set includes Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, and White cartridges plus cleaning fluid, formulated for vibrant color and a soft, durable hand-feel. The bundle ships with DTF transfer film and Color Prime hot-melt powder so the shop is ready to start producing transfers on day one.

Workflow & Software

Epson Edge Print RIP software manages color, layout, and queue, and the included MyExpert support program provides free technical support for the lifetime of the product — keeping production running with minimal downtime.
