What Is a DTF Gang Sheet?
A DTF gang sheet combines multiple graphics onto one larger sheet of DTF transfers. Designs can be arranged together to make efficient use of the available sheet space and then separated before application to individual garments or products.

Gang Sheet FAQs
How do I order a DTF gang sheet?
Choose your sheet size and quantity from the pricing table, send payment via Zelle to 707-333-4342 (Hector Valencia), Venmo to @hectorvale_, or Apple Cash (call or text 707-333-4342 to coordinate) — or pay in person at our shop — then upload your design file(s) using the submission form on this page. We confirm every order within 1 business day once payment and files are received.
What gang sheet sizes are available?
All gang sheets are 35 inches wide. Available lengths are 35"×24", 35"×36", 35"×48", 35"×60", 35"×96", and 35"×120". Custom sizes are also available — ask us.
How much do gang sheets cost?
Prices are per sheet and drop with volume. A 35"×24" sheet starts at $40 for 1–4 sheets and goes down to $32.50 at 100+ sheets. See the full volume pricing table on this page for every size and quantity tier.
Can I put multiple designs on one gang sheet?
Yes. A gang sheet is designed to combine multiple graphics — logos, names, or designs — on a single sheet. Arrange all designs on one canvas set to your chosen sheet size (35" wide) and leave at least 0.25" of spacing between designs so they can be cut apart cleanly.
What file format should I use?
Transparent PNG at 300 DPI is preferred. We also accept PDF and AI files — vector is best for logos. Avoid JPGs with flat backgrounds, which print a visible rectangle around your design.
What resolution should my artwork be?
300 DPI at the size you want it printed. Lower resolutions will look blurry or pixelated when pressed. If your file is too small, our design team can often recreate it for a flat fee.
Should my artwork have a transparent background?
Yes. A transparent PNG background gives the cleanest result. Flat-background JPGs can print a visible rectangle around your design.
Can you help prepare my artwork?
Yes. Our in-house design team can clean up logos, rebuild low-resolution files, or lay out your gang sheet for you. If you can't size your artwork to the exact sheet dimensions yourself, we'll size it for a $10 setup fee. Describe what you need in the Notes field of the upload form, or email hvirtual@live.com for a quote.
How quickly will my gang sheet be ready?
Gang sheets are printed and ready in 1–2 business days after artwork approval and payment are received, excluding weekends and holidays. High-volume orders (50+ sheets) may take an extra business day or two.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush turnaround (same or next day, depending on volume) is often available for an additional fee. Call or text 707-333-4342 to check current rush availability before sending payment.
Can I pick up my gang sheet in American Canyon?
Yes. In-person pickup at 3429 Broadway St, Suite C-4, American Canyon, CA is the primary option right now. Online checkout and shipping are coming soon — until then, contact us if you need delivery and we'll do our best to arrange it.
